Project Planning & Initiation

Integrated Design and Engineering Oversight

Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design efforts

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Prepare procurement strategies and tender documents

Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders
Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and suppliers

Equipment Planning & Integration

Oversee selection, procurement, delivery, and installation of medical equipment and building systems
Coordinate MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and ICT infrastructure to support clinical and non-clinical systems
Ensure all equipment and systems are compatible with the building design

Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management

Implement quality assurance and control procedures
Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Commissioning, Testing & Handover

Oversee final testing, inspections, and regulatory approvals
Manage the commissioning of building systems and medical equipment
Prepare handover documentation: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and training

Post-Project Support

Provide post-occupancy evaluations and support
Assist with warranty management and defect resolution
