  • Coordinate MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and ICT infrastructure to support clinical and non-clinical systems
  • Ensure all equipment and systems are compatible with the building design
Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management
  • Implement quality assurance and control procedures
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Commissioning, Testing & Handover
  • Oversee final testing, inspections, and regulatory approvals
  • Manage the commissioning of building systems and medical equipment
  • Prepare handover documentation: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and training
